What's Our Angle?
Headquartered in Yuma, Arizona,The Hook was established by consultant, Julia Hook, who provided project management and marketing strategy for busy marketing managers, CEOs without marketing managers, small business owners, and others looking for a strategic partner. Since that time, our team has grown to include specialists on the financial side of marketing, as well as on the consumer sales side.
Here at The Hook, we're prepared to solve nearly any marketing problem. But we're especially adept at certain things. First, our team members are meticulous project managers. From special events to promotional campaigns to product launches, we take things step by step, paying attention to every detail, and holding our strategic partners and team members accountable for budgets and timelines. Some clients hire us for just that - managing the minutia.
Second, we're expert planners. Our team produces marketing plans, sales plans, promotional plans, and project plans that are based on sound strategy, facts supported by research, and first-hand market knowledge. We're a group of educated, experienced, strategic thinkers, motivated and challenged by marketing questions and puzzles.
The Hook doesn't employ designers, production artists, typesetters, or even web developers. Instead, we keep our team small and focused on what we do best: strategy, copy, planning, and project management. But that doesn't mean we can't deliver a wide realm of services. Over the past few years, we've developed strategic partnerships with all types of freelancers, design houses, and marketing service providers that can help us bring a project from concept to completion. Project by project, we assemble teams of experts to do the work, and our in-house experts focus on the strategy, the details, and the client's specific needs. By working this way, we keep our overhead low and our prices competitive. Plus, we maintain a level of flexibility that allows us to approach a job from every possible angle.
If you're looking for the right hook, then chances are, you just found it.
